Terms of Service

Afro Barber Izmir provides professional hair grooming, barbering, braiding, and dreadlock services at our salon located in Alsancak, İzmir, Turkey. Service availability, pricing, and stylists are subject to change.

Our website contact form is a client-side redirection tool. Submitting the form opens WhatsApp to send us your request. No reservation or booking databases are stored on our website. A booking is officially confirmed only after we reply on WhatsApp.

We request that clients:

• Arrive on time or notify us at least 30 minutes in advance if they will be late.
• Cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp.

Repeated same-day cancellations or no-shows may lead to a suspension of priority booking rights. We reserve the right to decline future appointments at our discretion.

This website does not process payments, store credit cards, or collect financial data. All service payments are settled in-person at our salon in Alsancak, İzmir. We accept cash and major debit/credit cards at the counter.

Clients must disclose any hair allergies, scalp conditions, or sensitivities before their appointment starts. We are not liable for reactions resulting from non-disclosure.

We may request to take before/after photos for social media. We will ask for your verbal or written consent first. No pictures are uploaded or saved directly on this website's server.

All website content (logo, text, layouts) is the property of Afro Barber Izmir. You may not copy, redistribute, or use our assets without written consent.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of İzmir.
